It’s All About The Brow!

I love applying makeup. My opinion is that no makeup look is complete without a nice brow. The brows do frame the face, after all. They don’t need to be over the top. In fact, I prefer a simple, less is more approach when it comes to my brows. This brings me to my recent Chanel Beauty haul.

Fill It In!

On their own, my brows are quite scant. I have to fill them in with a brow product to achieve the look I want. Since, I’m committed to all things luxe, I sought to try a brow product from a luxury brand. I chose Chanel Beauty, as I’m currently obsessed with the beautiful finish of their makeup.

La Palette Sourcils Brow Wax and Brow Powder Duo

I’m not usually into brow wax. It hasn’t worked for my faint brows in the past. Chanel’s brow wax has been different though. It creates a nice base for the powder to grab on to. I love how this palette comes with everything needed to groom and fill brows. As pictured, two applicators, a brow brush and tweezers are all included in this mirrored compact. I was most impressed with the little tweezers. Their size makes them great at plucking even the smallest of stray strands.

Nice and soft is how I like my finished brows to look. I’m not going for a statement. Natural is the key word. I’m able to accomplish just that with this duo. Unless I find something better, I’m totally sticking with this product.
