Lammas isn’t the only summer highlight!

First Fruits

Happy Lammas aka Lughnasadh to all who celebrate! This Sabbat is a celebration of the first harvest and a midway point between the summer solstice and fall equinox. As the first fruits of harvest are being hauled, allow me to share a little haul of my own. My fruit of choice? Chanel of course.

Something Old

Handfastings, another form of wedding, are a common occurrence on Lammas. Though I haven’t taken any vows, I have renewed my love for the foundation I purchased in my original Chanel Beauty haul. I purchased another bottle of the Ultra Le Teint. My old bottle hasn’t completely run dry, but I decided to get a replacement ahead of time. Ultra Le Teint is the only liquid foundation I’ve been using and it has served me faithfully. Committing to another bottle was an easy choice.

Something New

Summer is halfway through and Chanel Beauty has already revealed their fall collection. Before summer is all wrapped up, I had to get my hands on the Chanel highlighter I have coveted since Spring. Perles De Lumiére is a gorgeous, illuminating blush powder, introduced for the summer season. I’ve seen many people review it online and I was so excited to have it. I’m ecstatic I was finally able to snag it before it sold out.

Chanel Beauty Haul

The days may be getting shorter, yet my love for Chanel Beauty remains constant. If all goes well, I will be rocking my summer glow well into the next year. Stay tuned for my upcoming posts to see how these products perform.
