Hello lovely Luxies!

I thought I’d share what I wore last week. This is the beauty edition, of course. I’m amazed at how seamlessly these items are transitioning from the Summer season into Autumn.

What I Wore

1. Dior 5 Couleurs Couture in 859 Pink Corolle

Yes, I had to break out this gorgeous palette again. I want to get all the use out of it while I can. Would you believe it has an expiration date of only 6 months? That is the only downfall for this eyeshadow. Alas, it is lovely. The pinks are great for summer. However, the matte plum color helps usher it into Fall. The metallic silver is great all year round, though I tend to only use colors 1, 2 and 5. They’re simply beautiful.

2. Dior Rouge Blush in 999

I’ve rekindled my love affair with this luminous blush. It warms up my chocolate cheek so nicely. Again, I think this blush will work well into the holiday season and thankfully, it has a longer shelf life than the shadow. Good thing too; rosy cheeks are always in for Fall/Winter.

3. Chanel Le Rouge Duo Ultra Tenue in 47 Daring Red

My husband loves a red lip. I oblige him from time to time with this stunning beauty. 47 Daring Red is divine. I love the gloss that comes with this lip color. It offers such a lovely shine and ensures that this liquid lipstick is comfortable to wear.

4. Louis Vuitton Essential V Hoops

I’ve been wearing my hair pulled back lately. Hey, it may officially be Fall but it’s still boiling hot in my location. On such occasions, I prefer to draw the eyes downward, by wearing dangling earrings such as the Essential V Hoops by LV. I’ve been asked if they’re worth it. So far, I don’t regret buying them.

5. Chanel No. 5 EDP

I love this powdery fragrance. I gave it another go before the Autumn really kicks in. While she’s a classic, I have a new fragrance arriving and if all goes as expected, I’ll be wearing it all season. Stay tuned to find out what it is!
