Monogram Monday, But For Real This Time!

You may recall my earlier post titled “Monogram Monday”, where I playfully used the term to introduce my dress from Calvin Klein Jeans. I also explained how the term is typically used when wearing the Louis Vuitton monogram canvas. Well today is the day that I finally get to partake in the real fun of monogram Monday! That’s right; I’m breaking out my Alma BB My LV World Tour for the very first time.

“Blame It On The Rain”

My beautiful BB couldn’t have come a moment too soon. The forecast calls for plenty of rain. Monogram canvas is the handbag material of choice for days such as this. Though I’d totally wear this bag during clear skies, I’m excited for the rain to pour.

Makeup Of The Day

I went for quick and low key for my makeup look. Rushing my girls off to school on a wet day isn’t the time for frills. Minimal was the goal. A quick eye look and a gloss was the order of the day. I’ve listed all the details below.

I am loving red as a “one and done” eyeshadow. It looks really good on my skin tone. Today I’ve used the red from my Chanel shadow palette. It makes a great daytime red.

I threw my hair up in a bun and donned my beautiful yet subtle Louis Vuitton Essential V Studs. Simple, paired down, yet classy; they were the natural choice for today’s look
