It’s that time of year again. Yes, it is tax season in the good ole U.S of A. We’re all aware that tax season can be a hectic and even stressful time for some. Yet, while the hubs and I are off to finish preparing our taxes, there is a silver lining; I get to break out my freshly unboxed, Gucci Trademark Heart silver studs!

In “Precious Hearts” I unboxed my Gucci Trademark Heart earrings.  I explained how I purchased them because they are made of sterling silver. Though I’m more of a gold gal, I thought it best to have a pair of silver earrings as well. After all, I do have a few silver pieces that could use a complimentary match. In this edition of Outfit Of The Day (OOTD) I am sharing how I decided to implement Gucci’s lovely, silver heart earrings into my OOTD.

Outfit Of The Day

I’m wearing my darling sweater dress from Calvin Klein Jeans. I decided silver would look great against its cool toned, gray color. So, out came the Gucci Heart earrings with Trademark. I paired them with a couple pieces of silver and amethyst jewelry I’ve had for a number of years. A pair of gray boots with silver hardware from Michael Kors completes the look. Be sure to also note the heart theme that appears throughout.

Silver & Gold

The only gold in this look comes from my precious Alma BB. She’s geared up with her cross-body strap; I’m traveling with my toddler today, so the hands-free option is very necessary. She is versatile and goes well with this look, however I can’t help but think that I’ll need a handbag with silver hardware in the near future. LV epi leather or Givenchy perhaps? We shall soon see.
