I love my Louis Vuitton New Wave Chain Bag and my Alma BB. They are showstoppers. However, sometimes you don’t want to stop the show. Sometimes, you just want to chill in the background and enjoy the show quietly. If that’s you, then you’ll love my latest Louis Vuitton acquisition, crafted from Damier Azure canvas.

Damier Azure

Damier Azure is the lovely, checkered print featured in the above photo. Introduced to Louis Vuitton in 2006, it is one of three main canvases on offer from the maison. Bags made from damier azure are great for Spring/Summer as they pair swell with light colors and denim. My favorite feature of this print, however, is the fact that it’s not readily identifiable as Louis Vuitton. For this reason, among others, I decided to purchase the Pochette Accessoires in the damier azure print.

As I stated in “Millennium Chic,” I bought the pochette accessoires for its form factor. I love the sleek, simple silhouette it provides. As you’ll soon see, it fits all the essentials and it’s incredibly versatile. I’m in love with her already.
