In my previous post, I made a fun comparison between two bags by pairing them with the same outfit. I dubbed it the Battle Of The Bags. Today, I’m sharing what I wore (WIW) the other day as well as posing a question. How would you wear my handbag?

Battle Of The Bag?

I’m speaking of my Alma BB of course. In my unboxing of the Alma BB My LV World Tour I shared how I customized my Alma on one side only, leaving the other side in it’s original state. I did this so I would have the option to have a more playful handbag when worn facing the front, yet a more classic handbag when facing the back. It’s kind of a party in the front and business in the back sort of thing.

Below I have pictures of the Alma worn both front and back. Tell me which side you would choose to wear with this look. I should also note that I dressed up the playful side with a string-of-pearls bag charm. I’ve also removed the lock and clochette. Per usual, I’ve provided the information for this look below.

Time For Battle

I honestly don’t think it’s a fair fight. The lock and clochette should be attached to the bare side for a true competition. Perhaps I’ll add them for the next battle.

What I Wore

1. Coat: Calvin Klein via Burlington

Would you believe I’ve had this coat for nearly a decade? She’s still in such good condition. It’s truly a testament to the quality of a Calvin Klein outerwear piece.

7. Top: My husband’s college wrestling t-shirt

As you can see, I put this look together in the blink of an eye. I’ve found that a pencil skirt and knee-high boots make any outfit look more put together, which is nice when my hair and face are au naturel. This look is no frills, aside from the dressed up handbag, yet it’s still presentable. It’s a great option for busy mornings.
